Protocol

1. Isolation

Standard speakers will not work. You must use stereo headphones or earbuds. The phase sync occurs inside the brain stem, requiring absolute channel isolation.

2. The Waveform

Sine waves are the clinical standard. Complex waves (Square, Sawtooth) introduce harmonics, creating dense "chords" of binaural activity for advanced users.

3. The Carrier & Target

Adjust the top slider to a comfortable pitch. Adjust the bottom slider to set the difference between your ears (the resulting brainwave entrainment target).

When your left ear receives a carrier frequency and your right ear receives an offset frequency, the brain resolves the conflict by creating a "phantom beat." This synchronization forces cortical activity to match the exact mathematical difference.
